About one in five Colorado households are not earning enough to meet their basic needs without private or governmental help. They live below the point of self-sufficiency. One in ten Colorado families lives below the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - about $20,00. The new so-called green jobs being brought into the State are bogus. Most of the new companies are bring in there own workers, from other States and countries because Colorado residents require higher wages. The State law makers allows this to happen, because with the local sales, DMV, Licensing and Properties taxes bring in on average $2800 per person per year, and yet they still pass new laws to raise more taxes. If the State of Colorado continues this way it will not be long before it has to issue IOU to pay their employees, including their Police departments.
